How to access the NextEra Energy Services Customer Portal

This portal is for Customers who receive their natural gas and/or power bill directly from NextEra Energy Services. Use the portal to do the following:

  • View and retrieve invoices
  • Pay bill online
  • Set up autopay
  • Access contract information
  • Download billing data to Excel
  • View monthly energy consumption and rate

If your natural gas and power accounts have the same billing account number (the first 8 digits of your billing account number), you can access both accounts with your existing Customer Portal login. If the billing account numbers are different, please email our customer service team to access both accounts under one login. Otherwise, you can create a separate login for your power account.

To create an account or login, you will need the following

  • Billing Account Number: The first 8 digits of your billing account number as it appears on your bill. 
  • Email Address: The email address must match what we currently have on file. If there is no email address associated with your account, please email our customer service team to update our records.
  • Billing Zip Code: The first 5 digits of the zip code of your address on the invoice.
