Elena Bueno-Gonzalez is president of NextEra Energy Services.
Prior to assuming her current role, Ms. Bueno-Gonzalez served as vice president of energy marketing and trading at Florida Power & Light Company and vice president of clean energy solutions at NextEra Energy Resources.
Ms. Bueno-Gonzalez joined NextEra Energy in 2008 and has held leadership positions across trading, structured origination, finance, human resources and enterprise risk management. Prior to joining the company, she was a performance analyst in the fixed income division at Morgan Stanley.
Ms. Bueno-Gonzalez earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Simón Bolívar University and a master's degree in mathematics from Boston College.
Brian Harrison is senior vice president of gas origination for NextEra Energy Services, where he leads the company's natural gas origination activities.
Prior to assuming his current role in 2026, Mr. Harrison served as senior vice president of sales and origination for Symmetry Energy Solutions. He has more than 20 years of experience in the energy and financial services industries and has held leadership positions with Intercontinental Exchange, Constellation Energy, Credit Suisse and Castleton Commodities.
Mr. Harrison earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Daniel Cairnes is vice president of gas supply for NextEra Energy Services, where he leads the company's natural gas supply strategy across its retail and wholesale businesses.
Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Cairnes held leadership positions within NextEra Energy Marketing's wholesale trading organization, most recently leading the oil and natural gas trading teams.
Mr. Cairnes earned degrees from Florida State University and Florida Atlantic University.

Prior to assuming her current role, Ms. Bueno-Gonzalez served as vice president of energy marketing and trading at Florida Power & Light and chief financial officer of Symmetry Energy Solutions. He previously held financial and executive leadership positions with APG&E, Direct Energy Residential and Direct Energy Business. Mr. Williamson has more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry.
Mr. Williamson earned a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from York University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada.
PJ Zonsius
Vice President of C&I
PJ Zonsius serves as vice president of commercial & industrial for NextEra Energy Services, a position he has held since 2024. He joined NextEra Energy Services in 2022, where he led the strategic expansion of the retail gas business before assuming his current role overseeing the unified power and gas platform.
Prior to NextEra Energy Services, Mr. Zonsius served as director of large commercial & industrial business development at Gas South. He brings more than 16 years of energy industry experience spanning business development, M&A, sales and energy solutions.
Mr. Zonsius earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration from the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.
