New Wave Energy is becoming NextEra Energy Services

Starting June 1, you’ll begin seeing the NextEra Energy Services name on certain communications and documents. Our goal is to make this transition as seamless as possible while continuing to enhance customer experience.


What’s changing

  • New Wave Energy will be rebranded to NextEra Energy Services, effective June 1
  • Starting in June, you will begin receiving communications and invoices from NextEra Energy Services. 
  • By July, all customer bills will be from NextEra Energy Services (timing depends on your billing cycle). 
  • We will continue improving our processes and systems, and we will keep you updated on any changes.

 

What stays the same

  • Your energy supply and service support continue as usual. 
  • This rebrand does not change your pricing or contract terms. 
  • You can continue to reach us for support using the contact information on your invoice/bill insert.
