Privacy Rights Request

Please use this form to submit a request to exercise privacy rights that may be available to you under the NextEra Energy Services Privacy Policy and applicable law. Depending on where you live and subject to certain exceptions, these rights may include the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of Personal Data; the right to opt out of targeted advertising, certain profiling, or other opt-out processing; the right to appeal a decision regarding your request; and the right to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

We will use the information you provide to verify your identity, locate responsive records, evaluate and respond to your request, communicate with you about your request, maintain records of our response, and comply with applicable law. We may request additional information if needed to verify your identity or authority to submit the request.

Do not include sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, account passwords, or other information that is not necessary to process your request.
