Important Information About Critical Notices

Critical Notices published on this page are currently intended for former Symmetry Energy Solutions commercial and industrial customers who are now served by NextEra Energy Services.

The notices provide information about operational flow orders, or OFOs; pipeline restrictions; and other operational notices issued by interstate pipelines and local distribution companies. These conditions may affect natural gas deliveries.

The notices may not apply to all NextEra Energy Services customers or service areas. Customers affected by an operational notice will continue to receive email notifications when appropriate.

This page serves as a centralized repository for active Critical Notices relevant to these customers.
